Yusin Holding Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "Yusin Holding") was established in the British Cayman Islands (hereinafter referred to as "Cayman") in February 2011. It is the investment holding company of the group. The founder of the group is a professional team from Taiwan with more than 30 years of experience in research, development, production and sales of automobile brake systems.
Our company is a subsidiary of Yusin Holding Corp. Our company (Xiamen Yonghuangxing Friction Material Co., Ltd.) mainly produces and sells automobile disc brake pads. Xiamen Yonghuangxing Friction Material Co., Ltd. has been established for five years and has accumulated rich experience in brake pad production. Our products are exported to domestic and European markets.
In addition, Yusin Holding Corp. has two other R & D bases, namely, Xiamen Yongyu Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. and Hongfu Enterprise Co., Ltd; Five production bases, namely Xiamen Yongyu Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., Hongfu Enterprise Co., Ltd., Xiamen Yonghuangxing Friction Material Co., Ltd.(our company), Wuhu Sanyan Machinery Co., Ltd., and Malaysia YCS Automatic Parts Sdn Bhd; 4 sales companies, i.e. Samoa Yongxin brake Co., Ltd. (Taiwan sales company), Yongyuxing Technology Co., Ltd. (sales of vulnerable parts in the mainland), Guangzhou Ouhua ruiri Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (all vehicle parts sales in mainland China), G.D.M Bourne, Inc. (U.S. sales company)
